Iran is prepared to reinitiate nuclear talks with the United States on condition that it is approached with "respect" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

Iran's diplomats said they felt they had achieved a "perfect agreement" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was agreed an domestic cooperative with Washington's engagement could refine atomic fuel. In what is described by Iran's diplomats as the struggle of repair and rebuilding, Araghchi stated he was assured Iran's military capacities "are much stronger than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Every aspect of our defense have been reestablished. We learned many lessons from this conflict; we have identified our personal limitations and the weaknesses of the enemy."

He stated: "We effectively endured this engagement. Our nuclear technology, which they intended to destroy, continues to exist. The installations and equipment, if eliminated, will be reconstructed; what is essential is the determination of the Iranian people and then the social solidarity that they aimed at, but were unable to shatter. The Iranian people have developed more resilient, more united, and more endorsing of the leadership and the state in the aftermath of this attack."
